When I contact you, I will work with you to gather thoughts about your ideas and will then come up with a custom design sketch (mock-up) and the best base shoe to use. In most cases the customer is required to provide the shoe.

After you have paid for your shoes + shipping in full via a direct payment link (through Square™) I will contact you when your package is on the way with the tracking number!

Now for the exciting part! Time to paint your item! I will contact you when I finish and will provide pictures to make sure they are to your liking.
**This is where payment must be made in order for the shoes to be shipped back.**

Once a design and price is agreed upon and you are ready to place the order, you can order/send your item to my address which I will provide.
**After this point any changes may result in extra fees to be determined on a case by case basis.**
**All items must be shipped with a tracking number and all items must be in new or almost new condition. Once the tracking status on your shoes says “delivered” you are welcome to contact me to confirm.**

Customer is required to provide the item. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the item fits comfortably if meant to be worn.
